I suggest creating a single project card. In which there will be mandatory and optional items to fill in.
The cardholder selects the terms and conditions from the list or enters them manually. This card is published during the token issue. A hyperlink to view this card is embedded in the token name. Approximately, as in the picture below, although this is a slightly different story..
